Merry Christmas Everyone!

I am actually sitting here this morning patiently waiting for everyone to get up! I can't believe these kids are still sleeping and it's after 8am! What the heck!

I know we all stayed up late last night, but that still doesn't stop me for being the early bird that gets the worm. Heck, by 6:30 this morning my paper was read, I uploaded our "Merry Christmas from The Kniola's" video, had two cups of coffee, and now I am so bored, I felt like writing a blog. The eagerness for them to awake is killing me!

Last night for Christmas Eve we had the traditional Christmas Eve party. And what fun it was to actually make a video too. Okay, so we all sucked at it, but I can't say we didn't try! It was my father-in-laws idea to do the 12 Days of Christmas, so we gave it a whirl. Each family member had their own number to remember, and I for the love of God, couldn't even remember mine. I was 2 turtle doves, but I kept saying 2 calling birds? And I only had one drink!

I just wanted to pop into my blog and wish you all a Merry Christmas. I can't make it too long because any minute hopefully at least one of boys will wake up. And with the damn rooster outside cockade-doodle-doing, how can anyone sleep through that. He's doing his very own Merry Christmas song, ten times over!

Oh, wait, I hear a clatter, I must go to see what's the matter! Yep, it's giggling coming from upstairs. We are also having the whole Kniola family sleepover. In the mean time, enjoy the craziness of the Kniolas and the rest of the crew singing the 12 Days of Christmas.

November 16th, 2011 Looks as though the Kniolas are preparing for a holiday Thanksgiving, filled with plenty of turkey turds and rainwater! Yes, it's true, we now own two adorable, yet really ugly turkeys. I specifically rounded them up for my husbands birthday since it was coming up soon. I figured since they were only three months old, they would be small enough to hide until his actually birthday. Well, I was wrong! When I arrived to pick them up with my two youngest, I just about fell over dead. They already stood two feet tall! My mind swirled around in shock over their sizes as I wondered how was I going to fit them in this little box filled with hay? How was I going to drive them in my van if they flew around crashing into windows? I knew I was in for an interesting ride home. Beary Beary Sad

Over the last few weeks and knowing this bear hunt vote was looming over our heads, it put me in a different place.  A place where I don’t care to be. You all know I’m a big lover on animals as most are, but to have that Florida bear hunt vote pass yesterday just sickens me. And I will be posting some graphic pictures throughout my blog just to show you how sickening it really is.  We’ll start off with this one. How does this make you feel right now? I am a realistic person and I clearly understand bears have grown in numbers over the years, but if we could have been a bit more pro-active in a stronger sense, this forthcoming bear hunt would not be happening.  Should not be happening.  I am so saddened by it. Happy New Year 2016!  (Yeah, I know it’s 2017) This is my yearly recap of my past year and blogs throughout 2016.  I am seriously lagging here. It's already the 30th of January.  So today, I write!
